9Round Fitness

There are so many things I love about 9Round. I'm 48 and for the first time in my life I love working out! The time flies by with different exercises at each station and the active rests. I also love that there are no set class times - just show up and work out! Finally, I love the community - the trainers and other members are encouraging, supportive, and they challenge me in a good way!

With the help of trainer’s and fellow 9round members, I have been pushed to continue my personal wellness journey. Kickboxing has brought stress relief, mental and physical wellness, and confidence into my life. I would highly recommend giving it a try! It’s a fun way to care for your body.

I absolutely LOVE 9Round Eden Prairie! It is such a fun, and welcoming environment. The 9R community is great, the workouts always kick your butt, and the best part is that there are no set class times, and the workout is only 30 minutes! 9R is great for ALL fitness levels as the workout can always be toned down or amped up!! I highly recommend 9R Eden Prairie!

I have never loved a gym or trainers more. The confidence i have in myself now is so amazing. There is nothing better than walking in and feeling at home with my 9round family. I love that I can walk in and have no idea what type of workout I am going to get that day as the workouts change daily! I highly recommend this this gym!!!
