Tanager Creek Townhomes

We have lived here for a little over a year now, and we love it. The perfect balance of city proximity and green space. It also is a very diverse part of Eden Prairie, which is really comfortable coming from the cities. Lucy is honestly the best caretaker ever. Multiple times she has taken a few minutes out of her normally out of office time to take care of us. We always tell people how much we love it here and specifically Lucy.

We enjoyed staying there. It's a nice place a little expensive though. Lucy in the office is very professional, efficiency and always quick to act when approached. Will recommend this place.

Nice area

Large townhomes in quiet neighborhood. The management company was GREAT to work with, including the central office staff (off site), the property manager Lucy (always SO helpful!) and onsite staff, and the maintenance crew. Any questions or concerns I had while living there were addressed very quickly and efficiently by friendly and caring employees.

Nancy, the administrator is a great person, usually our needs are fixed soon. The house is pretty good, not very modern or updated but in good conditions. I have been living there for about 8 months and I have had no problems. Neighbors are good, some a little noisy than others but you find them everywhere.
