(January 3, 2021, 1:44 pm)Jon was extremely helpful. I know the store is busy and I attempted to call several times but did not leave a message. Jon saw the missed call and he actually called me. He gave me accurate information and options for a replacement screen protector. I came into the store and he was polite as he worked on my phone and multi-tasked by answering the phone and handling the phone customers without delaying my service. I will go back to this store just to work with Jon again. CPR should have Jon train other employees and use him as their standard of expectation.
