Being greeted before the door had even closed behind me was a bit overwhelming but understanding the uniqueness of the product.....it was a great experience!

James was great to work with - answered all of our questions and gave us tons of information. We didn't feel pressured to buy anything we didn't need, which is so refreshing! Looking forward to a great night's sleep. Thank you!

Can't quite rate the bed yet, but Fonz gets 5 stars. Super easy to talk to, very personable, great dude!!!! Had an excellent experience at the store with him.

James and his coworkers were very engaging, patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and you also felt very comfortable being there with them. James did everything he could to help us figure out what we needed. We did not feel pressured into buying anything. A great experience.
