Michael was great! All of the attributes I checked were definitely true! He was able to get a hail/wind damage claim covered and did an outstanding job getting us a new roof and was very professional and amicable. Would recommend this business!

Once approved, the roof repair, dumpster delivery (and pickup), plus extensive yard and exterior cleanup was completed in less than 24 hours, start to finish. I used this company to conduct a roof inspection on my home . I found the company to be very professional in its approach and honest in indicating that my roof was not in need of immediate repair. However a small issue was discovered and repaired quickly. I would recommend this company. I have known Michael for over 20 years as a resident of Eden Prairie. Michael has handled two claims for our household. The first claim was a water damage to our interior caused by a leaking water line. The claim started out at approximately $2500. Michael was able to substantiate additional coverage damage to increase the claim to $18,000.

The second claim he handled was for out roof. Originally, our insurance company wanted to only do a repair to the damage, but Mike was able to show the shingles would not match and subsequently we were able to get the entire roof covered!

We were extremely happy with the quality and professionalism of Michael and his team. In fact, I referred Michael to help out with my mothers house and he was able to turn around an original insurance decline and influencing the insurance adjuster for covering the roof! At first Travelers only wanted to do a repair but Michael brought up the matching issue and was able to show in a convincing manner that a repair was not plausible. The Travelers adjuster finally agreed and our roof was replaced with an upgraded architectural shingle. The shingle product was Tamko and the color was brilliant. We especially liked having a warranty that was 100% for the first 15 years. We were very happy with his work and the expediency, professionalism and thorough cleanup they did.
