I've been living at this apartment from the last 4 months and I'm amazed with such a great support from David who is part of the management team. David is ever smiling person and willing to help everyone who approaches him by going an extra mile. If my memory serves me right, I haven't seen such a helpful person my lifetime. Hats off to the management to have such a great asset like David to their team.
First off, I feel so at home here. I have lived here for nearly 2 years and plan on renewing my lease for a 3rd time.
Old management was so terrible, I was looking for a new place before my lease was even half way up. THEN! New owners and management came swooping in and I renewed with them in a heartbeat.
Positives: My neighbors are nothing but respectful. This community is full of families and individuals straight out of college life that are over the party scene. It is peaceful, safe, and in walking distance to what I need. Management is kind, honest, and willing to listen/work with you and your needs. I have a 2-bedroom and personally love everything about it! With everything becoming so expensive, I find the safety and convenience of this place to be worth every penny.
Per other reviews, there are little things that are bothersome:
1. Once in a while, the garage door gets stuck open from excessive use, which leaves access to our building to the public.
2. The amenities are usually out of service to either fix, replace, or update. I have only used the pool a handful of times.
3. The elevators buzz at you when you step in.
4. Packages get stolen from the convenient full-access to all boxes to every resident.
5. Washers and dryers are a hit or miss
BUT! Coming from a similar line of work, I see that management is working their tails off to fix what the old owners never did. There are plans in place to replace the smelly hallway carpets, the buzzing elevators, the broken washer/dryers, the package thievery, outdated appliances, and more! Everything that I had issues with are being fixed in a timely manner and communicated effectively! I know maintenance is short staffed, but so is the entire world right now. Plus, they are working with old buildings that are being slowly updated. Nothing changes overnight, so give them a little grace.
Give this place a chance and you won't be disappointed.
This place has its flaws, but they all do. But what really set this apart was the leasing lady Tiffani! She made this experience for me! They are remodeling and I can tell they are trying to improve the quality of living for their tenants. Tiffani went above and beyond and checked in with me daily, answered any questions I had, never seemed annoyed with me and my checking in constantly! Thank you for making the leasing experience good for me!
