(November 22, 2022, 5:44 pm)John and the team at Lamettry’s in Eden Prairie did a fantastic job correcting a few minor issues with paint on my new Tesla and having it prepared for their installation of paint protection film a few days later. John and his team communicated with me every day. The work was very good and they even setup and covered a Lyft for me to and from the shop. I really appreciate the great quality and service by John and the team at Lamettry’s.
(November 11, 2022, 9:08 pm)Very pleased with my experience. AJ was in communication with me the whole time via text and it was nice being able to text a real person. My car looks amaze-balls and I’m over the moon to have it back in new condition. Even with all the struggles in the car works with the shortages, I got my car back in under a month. I’m so happy with how nice everyone was and how easy the process was. Best part, since they had my paint color they asked about fixing a dent/scratch I had from something else and since it was there I said go for it. Now I don’t have to bring that in for a separate incident. Super happy!
(October 14, 2022, 5:28 pm)These guys are really the best of the best in Minneapolis St. Paul. They worked with my insurance to approve required funding and ordered my parts in advance. John from Eden Prairie communicated my cars’ status update every Tuesday and Thursday via text for 4 weeks. Upon completion, the pickup process was super simple and they even washed and vacuumed my car for me.
I did not think it was possible to have such a well-run and professional auto repair shop business but these guys exceeded all my expectations.
(July 29, 2022, 5:54 pm)We are long-time repeat customers at LaMettry’s. We recently had some minor collision repairs completed to our Volvo SUV. Again, Dave at LaMettry’s exceeded our expectations by keeping us very closely advised of not only the repair process itself, but also of the required cost of additional parts that were needed to complete the repairs, as soon as they discovered the parts were needed. LaMettry’s also asked our permission to order these additional parts vs. just assuming that we would agree.
The bottom line is that our car was repaired promptly - despite LaMettry’s having to order additional parts, it was repaired extremely professionally and to our complete satisfaction, there were no surprises when we paid for the total cost of the repairs, and the communication and overall customer service was great throughout the entire process. What more could one ask for from an automobile collision repair service? Thanks again LaMettry’s for a job exceedingly well done. Hands down, you are the very best!
