got a car rental as southwest had cancelled everybodys flight for the xmas week. called every train bus airline rental car and willmington was our only hope. thankyou for customer service

I am very impressed by the customer service and the knowledge of everyone who is working at the North Wilmington, DE branch location! I was the victim of a hit and run accident while my car was parked in front of my home. My vehicle unfortunately has taken a month and a half to finally be repaired and everyone at this location was professional and more helpful and knowledgeable than my own insurance company. during this stressful time of uncertainty these Enterprise employees have been the bright spot. A big thank you of gratitude to everyone working here but a special recognition to Nancy, Emmanuel, and the branch manager Austin for putting up with me and your professionalism and great customer service during this stressful time.

This was the first choice and will be the only rental car company I choose. They have all kinds of cars to pick and they are in really good condition. I had an accident which was taking care of by the policy totally.. I am grateful and thankful.

Great location. Best thing is they follow up every point of the reservation. Cars were clean, employees were helpful. Biggest plus is they still allow after hours drop off, while other locations loot on this

The help and assistance I received from this location was amazing . They went the extra mile and the manger that was there 6/4/22 and the person who checked me and the front desk I can’t remember his name but they both were amazing. I rented the Jaguar for my sons 8th grade prom it was amazing. He had the best entrance for his prom pull-up thanks to you guys. This location is truly a Pretti BIG Deal. I will be back for sure to rent again. Thank you guys so much for making my experience the best.

My go to mechanic, that I have gone to and trusted for decades, is retiring. He recomended Leighton's Garage. They have loaner cars as did he. I called them and dropped my car off and picked up a loaner car, the same day. The work was done the next day and I was back on the road in less than 24 hours.

260k miles on my 2004 BMW. Don’t think I would have got it half way to that # without Leighton’s. Always get straight advice from Shaun and Bryce. Both know how to separate the “nice to have done” from the “need to have done” and can clearly explain stuff to someone who knows very little about how cars work.

Quality work done here, got my shattered windshield out and new one in incredibly quickly and the guy was fun to chat with.

Outstanding service and honest to costumer, I will recommend to people need a trustworthy auto service.
