“These guys are really the best of the best in Minneapolis St. Paul. They worked with my insurance to approve required funding and ordered my parts in advance. John from Eden Prairie communicated my cars’ status update every Tuesday and Thursday via text for 4 weeks. “I'd like to start off by saying that the shop manager Ernesto was an amazing dude that provided great service for me. I went in this morning because I was having issues with my battery and Ernesto said I have nothing to worry about and he'll take care of me, and he did! Every single thing done to my car was ran by me first, and I was involved with the entire process from start to finish. I was in and out of the shop in half an hour and that included topping off my fluids, testing my battery to make sure that that was the problem I was having because my car wouldn't turn over consistently, replacing my battery, and changing my oil. He even told me about preventative maintenance that I could do for things that he could see being a problem possibly in the future. Ernesto had to have came back into the waiting room to where I was at least five or six times to update me on the progress. I've been to the shop at good handful of times in the past 6 or 7 years, and overall I've had a great experience but Ernesto today really went above and beyond what he needed to do for me. There are still a handful of things I need done to my car that I didn't get done due to me being on a time crunch, but I will definitely be going back to have Ernesto and his team do it for me.”

“Awesome people to deal with I had the computer with drone mobile installed in my silverado they had it installed in a few hours of dropping my truck off I love the fact I can start my truck from across the country ( I'm a otr truck driver) my truck spends weeks sitting in the yard and I can monitor my battery life and it has a timer for the truck to run 25 min then shuts off so I can warm or cool it off before I even get to the yard. Not having to wait for my truck to defrost this winter is going to be great. Prices are very reasonable and they are very informative on the equipment . Thanks for the great service. “Just walked in one day with no idea we would buy a bike but there were many options to look through. Ryan then helped us fine tune our decision. Even though we couldn't go home that day with the bike, due to titling taking a while, we got all the support we could need for the rest of the week to get the new bike home. Even the guys in the parts department helped us pick out the right helmet and voice system in a timely manner and didn't try and sell us the next one up. And they even installed it before they left that night even tho we couldn't be there to take them home.
