(September 5, 2021, 11:54 am)I need to be on a low sodium restriction. This place did a amazing job accommodating us. They made me fresh guacamole with no salt added also made me the shrimp ceviche with no added also fresh chips with no salt on them. I wish we lived closer because this place is awesome! My wife and her friend also really liked their food as well. Thank you Cahill Bistro for a great lunch!

(August 5, 2021, 1:44 pm)Fantastic hidden gem. The area doesn't look like much, but inside it's very nice, and the food is FANTASTIC. I highly recommend trying it - you'll be back a 2nd time
(July 28, 2021, 4:39 pm)Really great place! The look and feel is friendly and welcoming, the staff is extremely nice and the food was absolutely incredible. Massive portions as well, we left full and walked away with at least another meal in leftovers. Cannot recommend Cahill Bistro enough!
