Best company I have worked for since becoming a CNA. If I have a issue as a caregiver they try to fix it for me. They really care about you and your needs. Sometimes as caregivers we can burnt out and need a break it is simply letting someone know how you are feeling and they will do the best they can to make sure you are happy. They also care about the clients and make sure they are happy. They also match you with a client so you are happy working with that client. This would be a GREAT place to start your Caregiving or CNA for a first job. I HIGHLY reccomend homewatch caregivers of edina. 💕

We hired Homewatch Caregivers beginning in February 2020 for my grandmother in assisted living. Within a month, COVID-19 hit the Twin Cities and the nursing wing in the facility where my grandma lives ended up being one of the worst outbreaks in the state. We are SO DEEPLY grateful for the team at HomeWatch. We felt safer in their hands than with the staff of the assisted living facility. Not only were they extremely conscientious about safety and hygiene, they were such important social and emotional supports for my grandmother who would have been extremely isolated for many months. The coordination of caregivers, communication, responsiveness and the quality of interactions with every staff member has always been so wonderful. We feel so lucky that we connected with HomeWatch and so grateful for their work on the front lines of the pandemic, caring for our grandma.

I have found the organization and the staff to be exceptional. They clearly hire and train their employees with great care. If I have any concern or question it's simply a matter of picking up the phone. I am always able to speak to someone. I have been so impressed with the caregivers! I've complete confidence that my mother is in good hands. Mom's caregivers watch over her and advocate for her so she can stay in her own apartment. Mom enjoys their companionship and feels safe with their support.
