Premier properties is like the least stressful company ive ever worked with in terms of moving/transfer and application processing. The prices for rent in the area are affordable and they have alot of rental options if you need something specific. The management team are amazing and i feel welcomed here which i haven't felt renting with anyone else. Thank you guys! You guys are the best! I will be here with you guys till i can get my first home! Thank you!

I’ve been renting with premier for about 7 years. I think they’re great! Very responsive to maintenance requests, didn’t raise my rent at all for three years during the pandemic times, and after that it was just a very small increase. My building is clean, quiet, and secure. They take care of the snow early in the morning and take good care of the grounds in the summer. Can’t really ask for much more!

This is the first time I have moved to a new place to live on my own and I was lucky that I found premier properties. They were so helpful from the beginning. They handed me a clean apartment and whenever there is an issue they were always on time. This summer my AC was not working and they brought a new one just on the next day. I never had a time when nobody answer my phone call, there is always someone on the other side of the phone. And when I left the apartment in September, they returned my whole deposit which is very rare nowadays. Obviously, I left my apartment super clean as same as I received from them but still most of the companies do not return the full deposit. I am super happy with them and strongly recommend them.
