Jordan (production manager) is prompt and always replied to my questions/ concerns within an hour. One of few companies in this market that values communication and customer input.

The DVD thermal printing is stunning and 100% professional. They check the output and if there is an issue, they remedy as quickly as required. I liked them more because of their issue resolution than anything else. I recommend them for fair pricing with reasonable turnaround times.
