Bean’s Greenwood Marina

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Bean's Greenwood Marina. From here on out, I will be a loyal customer. On Memorial Day weekend, my engine starter failed after filling up with gas at their dock. I was literally stuck there, with nothing I could do. It was the busiest day of the year for putting boats in the water, and instead of being frustrated with me for taking up space at their dock, Aaron, the manager, was very understanding and helpful. He helped me try to troubleshoot the problem. And when we couldn't isolate the issue, he volunteered to tow me back to my slip, which wasn't all that close. Keep in mind, they were very busy that day. And through the whole towing process, he was positive and kept reassuring me my boat would be up and running again in no time. When I tried to give him money for the tow, he politely said it was on the house, and he hoped I'd come back to them for gas in the future. What a total class act. Now I only go there, no matter the distance. Thanks to Aaron and the rest of the team that helped me that day...I appreciate you all!

Aaron and his crew at Greenwood Marina run a first class operation. It's very easy to recognize the pride they have in their profession / family business. The covered slips and gas dock are very convenient and the location couldn't be better. The staff has also been great when it comes to the care of our boat and their knowledge of the area. I have known Angie and Aaron Bean for a while now. While I can't physically keep my boat at their marina yet because of their large waiting list (that should say something), I genuinely appreciate their business and their top notch service. Their staff is knowledgable, fast and efficient when I pull up for various marina services. The location is awesome and it is one of the few marinas that offer almost 100% calm water (even when in a storm). They are also the ONLY marina that offers covered slips. I am jealous of that. Thank you for everything, Greenwood Marina!

We have had our Chris Craft boat at Greenwood Marina for about 7 years now. When others ask us about the marina and if we enjoy being there we always rant and rave positively about the service that Greenwood provides. The friendliness of the staff (especially Aaron and Angie Bean), cleanliness/upkeep of the marina, the privacy of marina, covered slips that are provided, timeliness of staff/marina when we have a request and the overall service that Greenwood provides allows us to say without hesitation that Greenwood Marina is by far one of the best, if not the best marina on Lake Minnetonka. 10 out of 10

I have been a very satisfied customer of Greenwood Marina for over 30 years now. The manager, Aaron Bean, has always gone overboard to ask me what services I need, and he is very quick to provide them when able or to refer me to someone who can do so if Greenwood Marina does not provide the service. I feel the prices he charges for products and services are within the norm for Lake Minnetonka. The new dock system installed last winter is absolutely the best! It's solid and accessible, much like the docks at the bigger restaurants on the lake. I enjoy the staff at Greenwood Marina and intend to dock my boat there as long as I am able. On a 10 point scale, I would rate Greenwood Marina with a solid 10.
