  Due to the bankruptcy they closed the location in Terminal 2. I didn't get an email or anything notifying me of the change. Instead I got an email notification confirming my car reservation and letting me know that I can just grab any car the gold Zone. When I got there my name was on the board stating that I had a car in the gold Zone. However all the cars were dirty and no one was there. I had to go back to the main desk to find a sign that stated that it was closed.
  
  Updated: When I got to Terminal 1 they apologize for it and made up for it with an upgraded rental. I ended up with a band new Jeep Gladiator that had 9 miles on it. Needless to say 4th of July with the top off was a total redemption.

  Guled was a lifesaver and found my prescription sunglasses after I foolishly forgot them in my rental. He was quick to offer assistance and very friendly. He deserves a raise! Every one of our interactions was professional and at the same time personable. Can’t say enough good things about him!

  Got a a car for new years eve, booked with priceline, overall very happy with my experience! Easier to deal with than the big airport
