Nong's Thai Cuisine

One of the best places for Thai food in the area. They really know how to cook tofu well! I order from here all the time and occasionally a dish will be off but overall still good. Warning: wait times for take out often reach 1.5 hrs+

It has truly excellent food.
Their 5 star is nice and spicy!
The tom Yum Soup with shrimp does not disappoint, fresh cut chili and an abundance of shrimp. Very flavorsome.
Their Sweet Basil Chicken also with 5 star heat was excellent.
The chilis used were fresh grown which, to me, makes the heat more intense and a deeper sustained burn......If you like that sort of heat (I love it!!)

Ordered two nights in a row and when back in Minneapolis will get food from their again!!

I eat at a lot of Thai restaurants ( my favorite cuisine), this was truly excellent.

Amazing is an understatement! Finally found real Pad Thai! Everything was made with love and to perfection!! My husband got the Pad Thai and said it was just like his grandma use to make! I got the sweet and spicy fried rice with chicken. The flavors were so on point. Great sweet with a nice smooth spicy hint at the end! Staff was super nice. Prices so fair and portions so big!!
We just found out Gem!! Will be eating here again!!

This is such a great restaurant. Everything on the menu is delicious. Try the Thai beef jerky. Portions are very generous. Tom Kha soup is the best compared to others I have tried. My 17yr old son loves the pineapple fried rice. Take out orders can take an hour or more so be patient. It is well worth it
