Stopped in last minute for an oil change, and they were able to squeeze me in not only for the oil change, but a tire rotation and couple part recalls which they had on hand and were able to take care of. Was impressed with the service work. The customer service was good, but not great. When the attendant thought I was a random customer stopping by there wasn't much enthusiasm and was a bit dismissive. As soon as I pulled my '22 vehicle in and he realized I was a new customer, the tone and demeanor changed completely. True white glove service is treating every customer with the same level of respect and enthusiasm---not triaging who is going to get you more repeat business, or a positive survey link response for GM.
Domingo was incredibly helpful with our process. We visited 5 weeks prior looking for a Ford Explorer, and the one we tested just didn't fit our needs. Domingo gave us ZERO pressure to look at other vehicles.
We then extended our search to a GMC, and the one we liked happened to be at this same location. When we showed up, Domingo greeted us with a big smile, "good to see you again" he says. From there, he jumped into action and started helping us answer our questions. He was great!! The entire staff was very accommodating as well, it felt like we already knew each other. It was a busy day, so we had to wait longer than usual, but it was just fine! The kids shot basketballs on the game they had set up. They were able to relax in the kids room and color, watch TV and have some hot chocolate. My wife and I were able to to watch Sports in their lounge and it made time go by quick. All in all it was a great experience, and we highly recommend visiting this establishment. 5 stars!!
Domingo greeted me as soon as walked in the doors. I knew exactly which car I wanted to take a look at and off he went to retrieve the vehicle. He answered all the questions I had regarding the vehicle very thoroughly. He showed me where I could test drive the vehicle and put it through its paces. I was ready to make the vehicle mine.
This is where it got a little challenging. I do not have a very long credit history, so we couldn’t find a lender to finance my vehicle purchase. I was denied at every turn. I was defeated and walking out the door when Sara, the sales manager, came to me with a possible solution. She had a lender that just needed a little more money down. Easy. I went back inside, and we were able to proceed and close on the deal!
I’m very happy with my purchase. The price was very competitive; the best in a 1,000 mile radius, at least! Domingo treated me very well. I wasn’t just a number. He was very personable. He and his manager, Sara, made my purchase and a big life goal of mine a reality. Thank you!

Had such a great experience working with Ryan. He made me feel valued as a customer and really listened to the concerns I had with my Canyon. The overall process was very smooth and the lounge that I waited in was very clean and spacious. There was a lot of areas dedicated for people that need to work while they wait. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a oil change or any concerns they have with their GMC vehicle.
