I am a new board member of our HOA and went into this completely blind, no experience. Jennae has been extremely helpful and patient with us and is extremely attentive to our needs. We are very happy we made the switch to Property Solutions!

Jennae has been great to work with. She listens and clearly understands our associations challenges and needs. Communication with the board, residents and contractors has been outstanding. She makes herself available whenever needed and visits the property often. This is not the first management company our association has worked with but Property Solutions is by far the best we have been associated with.

We liked Jennae and her vision for how to manage a property so much when she decided to go out on her own and start Property Solution we enthusiastically followed without hesitation and have absolutely no regrets. Jennae genuinely enjoys what she does and it shows, from the website, the app, the financials, the knowledge and level of care that is taken with everything they do for our association, I can’t imagine it gets any better then property solution.
