Ultimate Golf Carts

Just bought my first golf cart from ultimate golf cart. I have been in and out a few times and even visit there Brainerd store and all the people are awesome to deal with. Two thumbs up

Took my cart in for repairs.it stalled out after short start. They replaced starter and ignition parts. But still stalled . come to find out it was a fuel cap issue. Who would of thought that . finally it works great. Took a little longer than I thought but good work over all. Would use them again.

Kaitlyn and Vince were helpful and we are very excited about our golf cart that we purchased here at Ultimate Golf Carts! They will hold it for us until the spring which is great also. Good customer service and fun buying environment, with the ability to see many different types of carts and test drive them before buying.

Minneapolis is a large and pleasant store with extensive inventory. We bought a used four year old electric cart with Lithium battery to use at our lake place. Visited on a Saturday, initially got a salesperson with a lot of attitude plus were helped by another salesperson "Rich." Deliberately switched to Rich for subsequent phone calls and a visit to close the deal today. Very pleasant and personable guy, willing to research my questions, etc. Was also helped with questions by Vince Griffith, one of the mechanics. Another good guy and a straight shooter. So, prospective customer, look for Rich and Vince and you will be well taken care of.

Had service done on our old (1996) Club Car golf cart. The interactions with the two different customer service people who scheduled the work, answered my questions and communicated with me about repair options were very pleasant. The mechanic that I spoke with when I picked up the cart really seemed to know golf carts. Almost took my cart to a small engine repair shop near me but now I'm glad I took it to Ultimate. Can't remember the last time our golf cart started and ran so well!
