Strike fitness is the place to be! Great facility & awesome owner! Josh, the owner, is a knowledgeable & humble coach who will make you feel comfortable whether you are a beginner or more advanced. 10/10 I would definitely recommend checking them out!

Strike Fitness is an amazing place to maximize your workouts, and push yourself farther than you ever thought you could go. The classes are the perfect mix of cardio and strength training, and they will leave you dripping in sweat. All the coaches have diversified experience, and all know how to run a great class. I’ve been a member for almost 2 months now and I’ve never felt more satisfaction from my workouts than I have after a boxing session at SF. I can’t say enough about Strike Fitness, they’re the best!!!

I had my first ever boxing class last night, and it was awesome! It is a fun workout and it really engages your whole body. Everyone was inviting and helpful. Staff made sure I was prepared before class and made me less nervous. I didn’t feel like anyone was judging me for my abilities or anything of the sort! I felt encouraged and supported. Great class, great environment, great workout & great people! I can’t wait to keep going to more classes!

I enjoyed my first workout to the point of joining the club on the same day. The trainers are top notch and very motivational. The workouts are intense and they gently push everyone to give it their very best. I have toned considerably in just few weeks. I actually crave going there. I walk out refreshed and invigorated after every workout.

The staff, including the owner and manager, are on board to help members. I haven't experienced this level of customer service and support in quite some time. They care and give it everything to help their customers succeed. Join it and hit it hard!
