“From a check-in offer of 9:00 am via text (astounding!!) to a fabulous breakfast upon checkout, this was the nicest hotel stay I have had in many years. We had our dog with us so we anticipated a not-so-lovely room because most hotels have a certain floor for pets and it is almost always “less than”. My mind was blown. The room smelled heavenly and was very very clean. The vinyl flooring was awesome. Can’t believe all hotels are not on board with 86-ing carpet. Staff was friendly, elevators were cool, pool area very nice and other great amenities. I definitely recommend this hotel. I’ll be back. DO WATCH YOUR BILLING closely with this hotel. They charged me a higher price than they quoted me over the phone.”

One wasn’t able to come out today and the others didn’t answer. I found them on google and seen they were out of Rogers, but thought I would ask. These guys came out an hour after I called and fixed the problem within the same hour!! AND THEY ARE AFFORDABLE!! RESPECTFUL and KIND!I feel so relieved and now we can go on about our day. If you’re looking for the review to tell you to go with them, this is IT! CALL THEM!!! You will not regret it! Thanks guys! I won’t call anyone else for our drain maintenance!”

“Went in looking for a little gift for my sister-in-law and found a fun mix and a beautiful plate with a Thanksgiving theme. Also, picked up a cute, warm, knitted hat. The best though is the service from the very kind people working here. Then they took price tags off, wrapped in tissue, placed into a gift bag and then tied it all up with curling ribbon. Such great service! You just don't find this much anymore. Delightful experience and the cutest gifts, home furnishings, etc. You gotta love it!”
