The treatment is super easy and Haley is extremely kind! She explains everything very well and always makes sure you are comfortable. Definitely recommend- way better than trying to fight it yourself at home.

As being a single father of 3 kids I was hoping store remedies would get rid of lice, but it didn't. Called around and Ladibug responded much sooner than other lice facilities. I was able to get in right away. A lovely lady named Haley treated my kids. She educated me on simple but effective aways to remove lice from my place and eliminated all the lice from my children with their treatment. 5 days later at my post checkup I was greeted with a smile and reinsured of lice being gone. This facility is polite, kind, friendly and great with kids. If my kids ever get lice again from daycare, I'm definitely come back this place without a doubt!

The team at Ladibugs was so helpful during a stressful time. My son and I both received their freezing treatment and a follow up recheck to verify we were “in the clear”. They were very patient and accommodating while checking my toddler with Autism as well. While I hope to never be in this predicament again-I would definitely use their service if we are!!
