I love that he keeps a close eye on my form so that I’m getting the most out of my workout and not doing anything to injure myself. To be honest, I was a little concerned with going to someone younger than I and super fit (I am 59 yrs old and out of shape!), but he is always kind, encouraging and doesn’t do any shaming, which makes me motivated to keep coming back! I also think he would be excellent with those who are younger, super strong or athletic. One other thing! In these days of covid, I feel very safe as there are always very few people there at one time and it is very well ventilated!”
