(September 30, 2022, 9:28 pm)I have been taking my laundry to Pilgrim Cleaners in Long Lake for a few years now. The Manager Alyassa is very friendly and attentive to my requests. Do to a medical condition she put a rush on cleaning I needed the next day which was carried out without a flaw. She always greets me with a large smile and calls me by name. I have found other members of the staff to be friendly and also outgoing. I have never had an issue with missing clothing and items that I left in pockets were returned to me when I picked up my order. I hope the current staff remains in place for many years. R. Campbell

(March 26, 2020, 3:02 pm)I’ve been a Pilgrim route/delivery customer for years. They are reliable and trustworthy, very dependable. My route driver, Dave, has been terrific. We’ve never missed a pick up/drop off, rain or shine or blizzard. I occasionally leave items in my pockets (including cash) and they have been returned to me with my clothes. Our laundry is professionally done and this service is incredibly convenient.

Always on time and is great about communicating any changes that may occur with the schedule. Thanks for doing such a great job!!!

Always so wonderful and happy, even before 8am! And never misses a day. I can rely on him more than even my own husband, ha! Thanks for such amazing service, David!
