Cambria Hotel Minneapolis Maple Grove

I booked my son and his fiancé a room there after a long drive and family day. They didn’t check in until around 4am. I gave a courtesy call around 11pm to let them know that they would be checking in early in the morning. They stated that was fine as the hotel was paid for already. Once they arrived the woman at the front desk was rude and had horrible customer service. If you don’t like your job find another there’s a million job opening out there!

Friendly staff, good warm breakfast and they were very attentive to making sure it stayed fresh and full. The rooms were nice and clean, beds were comfortable and the linens were nice feeling for those of us that have sensory issues. Pool is a bit small, but beautiful patio, and the lobby is a nice place to hang out and have a drink and a bite to eat.

My fiancé, his children, and I stayed a Friday night, it was cozy with very friendly staff. We needed an extra blanket and pillow and the staff was super friendly and very helpful. The pool was small but there was no one in there and the kids had a blast. One thing that wasn’t mentioned was that the double queen bed room has a sofa with a pull out bed. The kids were amazed at it! The rooms were very simple with comfortable beds. All around decent place for a night. Breakfast was also great. No complaints!
