UPS Customer Center

Wow what service. The driver didn't ring our doorbell, so was given a pick it up at the ups store. This was a refrigerated medication so waiting 2 days for it to get there wasn't' an option. I called the customer service number and after getting a human they were able to contact Nathan the dispatcher was able to grab my package. He called me 30 minutes later and a quick trip to the customer center and my med was safely in my refrigerator.

I'm not sure if this is the right UPS, but Nate and Melody from the UPS hub were AMAZING today. UPS had failed to deliver (over a week ago!) two packages. When we called the general customer service line on Friday, they guaranteed delivery today (Saturday). However, the tracking info this morning stated the packages were simply scanned in, not actually out to be delivered. It was critical we have those packages in hand by Monday morning. Nate and Melody went above and beyond service-wise to track down our missing packages and to literally hand deliver them. I couldn't believe the level of service. It really saved our week and I cannot thank them enough! I am still blown away when I think about it. Thank you both for an incredible display of exceptional customer service!
