I have been coming to Kim for over a year. She is incredible! She always knows how to release all of my tight problem spots. I have had a lot of massages and no one has compared to her technique.

I am loving the slow yoga. It's getting my body moving and muscles stretched in a very relaxed way (laying down). I am looking forward to working my way up to standing poses! I'm also doing a low back series to strengthen core and help with balance. This establishment has so much to offer to so many, especially people who are having medical issues as they have a nurse navigator and a doctor of physical therapy. All staff are wonderful and kind!

Top instructors who are by your side during the entire workout making sure you are doing the right thing to avoid injuries. Excellent group fitness classes. Viracity offers very inclusive, non-judgmental, diverse and high energy workouts. Love it!!!💕
