Yeah, Christian brothers gained a new life long customer.

I had some issues with my Nissan, some sputtering in the engine, the shop was able to diagnose the problem, give me multiple solutions to move forward with, and even offered to call another shop and price check the repair quote to make sure it was fair. Loved that they offered that.

Also brought my Subaru in that eats synthetic oil like candy. Ended up being the most inexpensive oil change yet for that car.

I can't say enough good things about Christian Brothers! Such a wonderful, kind and honest group of people. They went above and beyond to diagnose and fix my car. I can say with 100% certainty that they will give you an honest estimate, always treat you kindly and will do an excellent job of maintaining or repairing your vehicle. The office space was very welcoming. From cold water, to coffee, to snacks! I live a bit far from them, but they are worth the drive. Thank you Christian Brothers.

Best experience ever!!! From beginning to end absolutely best service anywhere in the nation. The shuttle driver was awesome and friendly. The work was explained thoroughly and they fought for every penny for my warranty to pay the bill. They treated me with dignity and made sure I understood every step of the way. I have recommended them to everyone I have seen.

I loved the ease of setting up an appointment. I was greeted within minutes of walking in the door. I was offered a free ride home & back while they worked on my van. I decided to wait on site. I was then offered free coffee/juice/water and snacks while I waited. They did an inspection of my van and sent me stats of what are normal stats for parts and where my van was in that range. I was told my van is in very good condition for it’s age and there was no recommended repairs at this time. As a woman I expected services to be pushed on me… what a pleasant surprise. I would trust CB with all repairs going forward.
*while there I witnessed another customer who’s appointment couldn’t be kept on CB’s part because of the time needed for the servicing. The MGR handled the whole situation beautifully. Their customer service is outstanding!

I went to CB Auto on Costco Auto program's recommendation. CB Auto is a franchise, and what a pleasant surprise I had with their service. This is probably one of the best Auto service center for it's customer service. No pressure, very clean customer service area (the bathroom was better than in many hotel rooms), and above all a very friendly staff from owner down to the technicians.

I was particularly impressed with John, the manger, who shared with me a story about his coin collection (a Numismatist) hobby. I had my brakes inspected by one of their competitors, and expected CB Auto to also recommend several hundred dollars worth of replacements. That turned out not to be the case. They did recommend flushing the brake fluid, though - for a reasonable price.

If there is one comment (certainly not negative) I would make, it is that the technician who flushed the brake fluid, also ended up resetting my Oil Life indicator to 100% from the 60% it was at when I took the car in. This, I attribute to an opportunity for CB Auto to train their technicians not to do, unless there is an oil change involved. Again, certainly not an intentional mistake.
