“First thing I’d like to share is when I walked into Dr, Jeff’s office, Rose showed great hospitality, very welcoming atmosphere and she keeps you informed. . When I met with Dr. Jeff regarding my hand issue, he informed me that I don’t need surgery and I don’t need to wear a brace. Also, I don’t have osteoarthritis in my cmc joint. And I don’t need an MRI again. It said Moderate tear of the ulnar collateral joint. Other doctors believed that it is osteoarthritis of the cmc joint. So I have had 2 very painful injections in that joint for no reason! I’ve had pain for 2 years and Dr. Jeff reassured me that in 3 weeks of my hand therapy that I should be feeling better and to Not wear the brace! (Wasn’t sure what to do because of COVID-19 and things were closed for 3 months, so you think you’re doing the right thing). Dr. Jeff is a very experienced, knowledgeable doctor and made me believe that the MRI is correct and everyone else is wrong. He’s been doing this for many years and he’s the specialty doctor. So I’m on his team!!!!(This was Great News-No Surgery!) I was told that I may need my CMC joint replaced - so I was pleasantly surprised when Dr. Jeff said quit wearing the brace & get a nerf ball to squeeze & do my hand exercises. If all goes well I could be feeling tons better in a short period of just 3 weeks!!! Thanks Rose for your kindness and thank you Dr. Jeff for your reassurance and expertise!”
