I would like to thank Gus, Dave, and the Herc-U-Lift team for their great customer service. We've had various issues with our Nifty lift and they have been very responsive and quick to help us get things repaired. He understands that we use the lift every day and how important that it is to our business. I dropped the lift off late last night and he squeezed us in and got things rolling today. Thank you to everyone for your hard work and your understanding of our business needs. I often tell others about how good you are too. Merry Christmas to all!!!

Todd and team saved me when another shop failed to deliver equipment on a day I had set aside to assemble a house! Delivered equipment two hours before the time promised and kept me informed the whole time. I’ll never use anyone else!

I haven’t used them for any business purposes but if I ever need an industrial lift machine they are who I will go to.

Several months ago unbeknown to me I lost my paycheck at a Subway. I got a call from a number I didn’t recognize but answered. The guy asked if I had lost my paycheck at a subway - which it turns out I had. I was nearby and jumped in my car to meet him at his place of work. Of course when I got there I realized I had forgot his name and that he had called from a company phone line that just sent me to the front desk. I walked around the building hoping to run into him but instead found another super nice man that showed me around from department to department till we found the original man who had found my check.

These were the nicest guys and I was so humbled by the experience and the kindness I was shown. The original man had to call the business I work for to get my number to track me down. He could have just thrown away my check or ignored it in the floor. I will definitely do business with this company if I ever am need because of the kind of employees that work for them.
