Costco Pharmacy

Outstanding service, particularly from Diane who is always helpful and cheerful when she fills your orders. We use Costco for ongoing prescriptions and have never had an issue, but the service was particularly outstanding when we had two urgent prescriptions to fill in the last month. One was for an adult child headed out of town for a month who suddenly realized she needed a refill of migraine medication. I was able to pick up the prescription in an hour. The other was for a U of M college student who was sick for three weeks, finally went to the college clinic, and was given a prescription to start taking immediately. She had an appointment at the clinic at 9:30 am and called me at 10 am. I called the pharmacy to get the prescription filled, showed up 30 minutes later, got the prescription right away, and was able to get the prescription in her hands by noon.

I have been using the Costco pharmacy for several years, if there is a line it generally moves pretty quickly. The great prices make any wait worth it.
