My experience purchasing a used vehicle at Morries Subaru was smooth, thoughtful, and with great customer service. My sales person, Paul was kind, knowledgeable, and walked me through all the steps so I had solid expectations of what was next in the purchase process.

My car was detailed and ready to go with care. It will be delivered to my home as well, which was an added touch that really saved us time. I also left with a replica stuffed Subaru toy for our dog.

Took my Impreza in to see if we could do a trade in, and they appraised the car right then and there. We were on the fence between leasing and financing, and Jim walked us through all the pros and cons, so we felt fully confident in our decision. Jim was also able to find a premium model with the added features we wanted and reserved it for us, which made getting into a new car super easy despite inventory being so low currently. We’re so glad we upgraded, and so glad we went to this Subaru dealer. Thank you for the outstanding customer service, Jim!

I had an excellent experience at Morrie’s Subaru in Brooklyn Park. The staff there was wonderful and courteous, they always make sure your buying experience is a happy one. At no point did I feel terribly pressured into something I didn’t want. They’re willing to work for you and get you into the vehicle you want. I also wanted to give a special shout out to Jim, who is probably the best salesman I’ve ever worked with. Extremely courteous, stayed in communication with me, worked with me through different options of vehicles, and was flexible when I kept changing my mind. Throughout the whole process, I felt he kept my needs at the forefront of his priorities. I also wanted to thank Gene in finance for working out a deal for me that beat the financing offer I walked in with. At Morrie’s, they’re trying to sell a “buy happy” experience, and that’s exactly what I got. Again, thank you Morrie’s Brooklyn Park Subaru!
