Tristan and team of mechanics have always been my trusted source for European auto repair.
From the Volkswagens in my past to the Porsches in my future, I know who im calling.
They truly are the best around, and offer world class service.
Thanks guys!
Brought our son’s GTI in after a not great experience with the used car lot we bought it from. Further Performance staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The car needed a new timing chain, among other things. So not a cheap repair bill. That said, they were competitively priced, and even included a new drive belt and Oil Change, which 2 of the other places we spoke to did not in their quotes. We got the car back today and it runs so much better. Im sold on Further Perfomance working on our other VWs going forward.
This place is awesome if you need a car fixed and you want somebody that's honest. They're really good working with insurance companies if needed. Go to further performance they know what they're doing, especially if you have a European model car! 😀
I’ve taken 2 vehicles here and had a great experience both times! I took in an older Touareg, that had an oil leak and a new GLI for a new aftermarket exhaust. Both times were fair prices and their techs communicate very will with customers. I would recommend this shop to anyone with a VW old or new, race mods to oil changes.
Today I took our bus in with a random failure to start. Further Performance found the issue was corrosion causing a drain on the battery.
I also asked them to clamp the battery so it won't bounce around while driving on bumpy roads. They creatively used clamps with my homemade wooden battery tray. And they cleaned and painted the corroded metal so it won't rust. I really appreciate that. The project took 5 hours, but its going to last.
The repairs done in 2016 are still holding up fine: transmission rebuild still great, steering still precise without the loose wandering it had before. And the idle still quiet and smooth.
