right near the bank of Missisippi river
because this temple is operated by people of indian origin in Guyana /Papua new Guinea & West Indies region .They meetup on weekends and have relegious events every weekend .Since they dont have a permanent priest residing there ,it wont be open everyday.
You can still meet those people ,who will give you a warm welcome.You will get Prasad (food /snack) for free which you can enjoy .
The temple is clean and well maintained and has statues of all deities
