(August 30, 2018, 6:33 pm)Amy led a private cacao party for my birthday. She has a warm, welcoming and fierce spirit. I love her confidence and ability to create a fun and safe-feeling space...allowing participants to decide for themselves the kind of experience they want to have. She also happens to have a beautiful singing voice AND makes a mean cup of cacao. I definitely recommend working with her any chance you get!
(March 16, 2018, 10:31 pm)Amy was my back-up doula at my first birth and ended up being there at the end, I was so grateful for her presence! She also led a Mother Blessing for my second. Every pregnant person should treat themselves to one!
(January 18, 2018, 1:37 pm)Merging with the Elements: A Shamanic Yoga Flow, Cacao Ceremony, and Sacred Drumming with Amy Heilman and Melissa is phenomenal! You are respectfully guided through the four elements in mind, body, and spirit. The yoga flow is invigorating while still accessible to novices. I highly recommend investing time for your self to take a break, and enter the magic that cacao brings in life. Namaste Amy and Kimberly!
