The staff is excellent. The Mask requirement is not only illegal it is dangerous to one's health. Yet they continue to make their employees wear them while they are on the clock It doesn't protect you from a virus look it up.
May be able to sue them for this should any health problems arise related to the wearing of a mask 8 hours a day 5 days a week. This truth will eventually be known by everyone.
Besides problems with my debit card not processing & the website being a bit annoying (suggestion: If an item is out-of-stock have that noted on the product in the list so you don't have to click on the item just to find out it's out of stock). Besides the stated I like everything else about this store in Minneapolis. Especially the employees they are top-notch

Very friendly store and staff! Delivery service during this COVID winter was an enormous help. In better weather, I've also used the curbside pickup option and found it suits me fine. Any contact I've made by phone was met with courtesy and care. 🙂

Tons of variety

Pet Supplies Plus is always so friendly and pet welcoming. Prices are great too!

The prices are reasonable for Wellness, and with my PSP card I save even more. Bill the owner is easy going and the employees are phenomenal. They are always willing to help get that case of cat food down from the top shelf that I can't quite reach The store is always neat, clean and well organized. Rarely are they out of what i need. Highly recommend the store on Hiawatha
