APA Medical Equipment

When I notified APA that my walker needed to be repaired I heard back from Sam right away and in a couple of days Kevin came over and repaired my walker in a short time. The parts he replaced my old ones's with were better than the originals. And, he was friendly and polite. I'm very grateful for their excellent customer service.

I am not sure how many people are in charge there but the lady I met with and have been in contact with her name is Sarah and she is an absolutely amazing coordinator! Very good at responding to my emails and returning phone calls and most times I called she answered the phone it was very nice to talk to a human and not a computer any complaints or worries I had she put my mind at ease and was very pleasant to deal with I would highly recommend this company for your medical needs!

I highly recommend APA. Benjamin called to see if he could deliver a mattress and was very polite on the phone. He made a timely delivery and was very helpful moving the old mattress to the garage. He did a great job talking with me about other services the company provides, including lift chair repairs. He gave a few helpful hints about how to properly move between settings on a adjustable bed frame. Five gold stars for service and politeness!
