(February 25, 2021, 7:58 pm)Tyler was very helpful. They have a lot of industrial sewing machines. They carry large thread spools, needles, lamps, bobbins, etc. Very impressive inventory.

(January 5, 2021, 6:56 pm)Not the best costumer service but not bad either. That's why I give 4 out of 5 stars. Called twice, couldn't get through even though my phone was working like normal. Emailed and they said they don't do at home/portable sewing machines. Makes sense. The website does say industrial machines, it would be nice if their site said plainly that they don't work on at home/portable sewing machines. Website is difficult to look at because it's a wall of text on mobile. Other than that nothing bad to say, from my experience they do what they do well.
