The children’s classes are fun and focused. This dojo has found the magical sweet spot of youthful energy and spiritual focus.

Under Galen's guidance the art is experienced and practiced in a holistic way, which is far more aligned with the founder's wider vision of using this practice as a catalyst toward personal enlightenment.
(November 20, 2018, 7:31 am)My family started up with East Lake Aikido a month ago. The atmosphere that Galen and Hannah provide is warm yet focused. I appreciate getting to know the traditions of a Aikido while at the same time having fun with my my family. I'm already seeing boosts in confidence for my son and I haven't sweat this much in quite a long time.
