Wow! The fan in my film processor died on the last day before a one week Christmas vacation. I ordered a replacement from ADAI with special shipping instructions. They called to make sure it was me placing the order and arranged for shipping to my residence. The replacement fan arrived before the expected arrival date and I was able to get the processor working on the first day of my vacation. Now I really do get a vacation! I cannot thank the good people at ADAI enough!

Even better- they help answer any questions and have great technical blogs regarding repairs and parts that are commonly maintained in a dental practice. Rick goes out of his way to help troubleshoot by email or phone. I've sent him photos of equipment and he is able to identify parts and help with a fix. Highly recommend.
