I am a new homeowner and I had some general questions about removing a dead mouse from my air ducts. I was referred to this company by another pest control company since they were unable to help me. I spoke with Danny who works out of Rosemount and he was so helpful. He was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me some tips and tricks to troubleshoot the issue myself. He gave me a very well priced warranty estimate and was not there just for the sale. I could tell he really was passionate about what he does at this business. I would recommend this pest management service and hope your experience is similar.
Have used Metro Pest in the past for mice and ants. They have always done exceptional work and the problems were dealt with. Recently used them again and there was a miscommunication about the bill. After calling them, I spoke with the owner (I believe) and without hesitation he offered to reduce the price as a result. After speaking with him, it is clear he is very knowledgeable about his field and cares deeply for his customers. They went above and beyond and I highly recommend them!
Metro Pest just left my home and I feel so assured. This weekend we found mice droppings in our home (basement, kitchen, gross). I called Metro Pest this morning. They came out (on time) today. Not only did they solve the current problem but they located how the mice were getting into our home and sealed the outside to prevent this from happening again. They explained everything clearly.
