Judith was an amazing resource after years of traditional talk therapy that did not get me to the place I needed to be. I've struggled my entire life with anxiety, and she was able to go so much deeper and change the points of view that were leading to much of my pain. Moreover, she was an active parter- more than just a listener. She challenges, questions, and makes sure there are next steps. Being able to coach on really any topic, I would highly recommend her- whether you are looking for hypnotherapy or just a better therapist!!
Judith has been such a positive person in my life. Her mindfulness coaching has enabled me to learn and maintain healthy coping strategies to deal with behaviors and anxieties that were no longer serving me. These skills that I've learned will be with me for life. I have benefited so much from my sessions with Judith that I sent my children to see her also. They too have experienced the same benefits of learning new life skills. I highly recommend her.
Judith Froemming is a gifted and talented hypnotherapist and life coach. Her skill and ability to help guide people out of a place of suffering and emotional pain is unparalleled. I would recommend her to anyone and I have sent many of my family members and friends to work with her. Working with Judith changed my life. Her guidance and wisdom lead me to embrace my fullest potential and to see myself differently and without limiting beliefs. I was able to heal from past trauma and create the fulfillment in my life and career that I have now. Judith has my highest respect and regard and I would give her my full recommendation if you want to make true and lasting changes in your life.
I really can't thank Judith enough for the change in my life since our sessions. The initial reason was for career coaching. When she asked if it would be possible to keep the aspects of my work that were enjoyable and let go of those that were extremely frustrating I immediately said "No! My employer wouldn't let me do that."
She said OK and we went to work to discover what other types of work would be a better fit.
In the process I allowed myself to imagine what it would be like to keep my position without the most negative aspects. And that is what I wound up doing. Those sessions released pent up anxiety by bringing my strengths to the forefront. I got more creative, assertive, and became a much happier person.
The sessions were not about me talking about my problems in a conversational style. They were well structured to deliver the changes most needed for my issues at that time. It just so happens that they will also last a lifetime.
