I came to Autozone on Park St with a dead car battery. Store manager Aaron and the rest of the staff helped me right away to locate and replace the battery on my car. Super friendly and helpful staff. Thanks!

I was helped by the NICEST person I have met in a long while! Not just a nice mechanic, or store rep, but a nice human. Aaron was quick and efficient with helping me identify the best battery AND he helped replace it for me. On top of that? He even helped me install my brake lights. I didn't purchase them from his shop, but he still helped. My favorite part of the service was that he was open to explaining to me what was being done--teach a man to fish, they say. And I ain't even religious like that!

I'd recommend everyone I know to come here, because the service was more than worth it. He did pause helping me to help another customer, and he showed them the same care and patience. I didn't mind waiting because Aaron was a full-service kind of guy. Also lovely how he knew the regulars, and the neighbors driving by. He was warm and friendly to 'em all! The exchange we had was quick but effective and left me with good energy to pay forward.

Helpful and friendly. Came in to buy batteries for my car remote but didn’t have the tiny screwdriver to remove it. I could tell the employees wanted to help but didn’t want to harm the device. So three of them took a stab at it, wisely knowing when to stop. Then the manager came over and treated us as if we were spending lots lots more than just a battery and got me taken care of. That’s 5 star service. Ever since Lee Auto closed I’ve been looking for this kind of service. That manager is great.

Had and continue to have a good experience every time I come here. I drive from Oakland just for the customer service I get here. Staff always goes above and beyond to help out. Shout out to Pasha for knowing her stuff and providing me with the help I needed at the time. Thank you Pasha and Thank you staff! You all ROCK!
