Aaron was quick and efficient with helping me identify the best battery AND he helped replace it for me. On top of that? He even helped me install my brake lights. I didn't purchase them from his shop, but he still helped. My favorite part of the service was that he was open to explaining to me what was being done--teach a man to fish, they say. And I ain't even religious like that! I'd recommend everyone I know to come here, because the service was more than worth it. He did pause helping me to help another customer, and he showed them the same care and patience. I didn't mind waiting because Aaron was a full-service kind of guy. Also lovely how he knew the regulars, and the neighbors driving by. He was warm and friendly to 'em all! The exchange we had was quick but effective and left me with good energy to pay forward.”

“It started out well. We were thrilled to find a service department that could lift our RV to do exhaust work. The facility was beautiful. Their mechanic Brian was knowledgeable. They figured out what made the front end so loose and gave us a reasonable quote for the work. We gave them $3000.00 up front. Then it all went down hill. They held our RV hostage for 4 weeks. We would call and leave voice mails all day Friday thinking we might get it back and go camping. The calls would not be returned until the following week. They claimed they kept it inside, but I think their service manager, Jake was taking it camping himself for the last 3 weekends. I will definitely be changing the sheets! The repairs were actually awesome.”
