“I began my weight loss/get fit journey in February 2019; I joined Snap Fitness at 44th&France and started a low carb/high protein diet. I went to the club 6days/week, walking on the treadmill for @5 miles and circuit training. After a few months my progress slowed and I wasn’t gaining any muscle tone. I noticed Joe training another member on several occasions. I got his information, did my research and hired him immediately after our first consultation. In four months time I went from over 30% body fat to 12.5% and gained a fit and muscular physique. Joe also helped me with my diet, still lower carbs but higher protein and a new vitamin regime. It’s helped me tremendously- strong hair, and nails, great skin, too! He also helped me with my sleep, I went from spending over 12 hours in bed each day to a healthy, great 7-8 hours, and track it daily. My fellow gym members and customers at my favorite restaurant positively comment on my transformation. Joe has asked me if I’d like to train for competition; not right now, but it’s an option! I frequently recommend Joe and hand out his business card and contact information-he’s not awarded the Best Personal Trainer in the city by accident, he’s all that and more!”

“My first dealings with AAA was bad (guy did not do what I requested, what was needed) making it so I had to call AAA the next morning, who guess what, did what I had requested the day before. He was super friendly, had knowledge, and was on time. I am a cranky Karen (not my real name) and will always complain. But this gentleman was so pleasant, I had to call AAA, back to rave about my experience that morning. He was wonderful, as was the young lady who answered the phone to help me through the call to set up the appointment. This next young lady let me ramble on about my great experience (had to praise her as well)! I was so impressed that in my next pay day, I signed up my brother up (he drives my car, but membership follows the driver, not the car) the next weekend, he hit a pothole hard just before he got to work, and my tire deflated, so he called. They got there before he was even able to start work. He came home telling me that he understood why I raved about my experience. It stinks to need a service like this, but when you get such wonderful service like what we both had we both feel much safer on the roads. Well run operation, great service from 6 out of 7 of the people we dealt with. Worth the money and 2 memberships we got!”

“I came victory for rehabilitation. I came into Victory Rehan knowing that these places in general do not have great reputations. I left two other places before coming to Victory and when I came to Victory the real did a nice job of addressing all my needs. The building is owned by a single owner who is committed to making his facility the best they could. Their social worker Robin does her best to accommodate all needs expressed and their nursing care was getting an upgrade in the managing department with Amanda that seemed to be paying off early. From the friendly but real receptionist to the physical therapist to Dennis the head of the building, you will be hard pressed to not find someone who will listen and address all your needs during your stay. “I have had several services completed through this company. First time was for drug testing and things were done very quickly and very professional. Keeping my information confidential was a key thing for Total Compliance and they are good at what they do. Then I returned for fingerprinting and was in and out in 5 minutes. It was one of the BEST costumer service encounters I have ever had with their friendliness and respectfulness of me as a person not just a number. Granted this office was full with customers coming one right after another but delay in services were not lacking even with the high volume.”
