“As a former student I have to say. Great school! Love the teachers, I used to go there, still brings back memories.The homework was abundant but it prepared me for high school and I understand that what the teachers are teaching you will mean something in the future. The way the teachers teach is different because it is their way of life when they lived, some others may say the school is bad but if you find the right people you will have a great time. I especially loved my teacher Xu Zhu (Zhu Laoshi) because he treated me well and taught me so much! I respect him a lot and hope everyone who goes here can learn from him. Some of the people here are saying that the teachers abuse the kids but there is no abuse happening at least not from my time there. The teachers are just very strict and disciplined your child will adapt and learn that a little discipline is not all bad. So I encourage people to try this school out and give it a chance.”

Donated our Jeep which we'd had for 11 years, still in good shape but starting to need some work - the donation was handled with much appreciation, quick paperwork during the donation and for the IRS paperwork, clean facility, very friendly staff - but the non profit, fully self sustaining operation was what sold us; not only training mechanics but then also assisting working women, excellent causes times two! and the Jeep lives on to boot - highly recommend.”

“Our son had been taking piano lessons here for a few years now. Scott is very experienced and patient with kids who get distracted easily but also knows how to be firm in a good way to get kids back on track when they get frustrated. He is very good with ADHD kids and also enjoys working with special needs kids in a comfortable home setting. He offers additional child discounts and will be happy to teach the parents too. He also offers voice lesions, which my daughter did for a summer and learned a lot before her interests moved on to other things. He does a great job at trying to make the music a personal experience by teaching from your kid's favorite songs mixed with fun blues scales instead of the traditional boring scales that drive kids nuts.”

Coming from a "helicopter mom" yup I said it - (: its ok I have been called worst :) This is by far the best christian school around, granted our options are slightly limited for THIS type of environment , affordable private education. I however, used to drive 40 minutes to south scottsdale previously. I would be happy to still do that today, if it was not because God gave these people the opportunity to open this school. The curriculum is second to none, and yes! they will review it and adjust it if needed for the subject matter. Bottom line best school environment and educational curriculum in our area. Your are looking at this review, so somethung is calling you for a better place for your children. Don't leave an action to do for tomorrow , when you can do today. Life is full of the unexpected.
