“Outstanding service, particularly from Diane who is always helpful and cheerful when she fills your orders. We use Costco for ongoing prescriptions and have never had an issue, but the service was particularly outstanding when we had two urgent prescriptions to fill in the last month. One was for an adult child headed out of town for a month who suddenly realized she needed a refill of migraine medication. I was able to pick up the prescription in an hour. The other was for a U of M college student who was sick for three weeks, finally went to the college clinic, and was given a prescription to start taking immediately. She had an appointment at the clinic at 9:30 am and called me at 10 am. I called the pharmacy to get the prescription filled, showed up 30 minutes later, got the prescription right away, and was able to get the prescription in her hands by noon.”

In a time when things don't go as planned and people flake out on construction jobs, I am so grateful for their professionalism and follow through. Things are inevitably not always going to go according to plan. But the entire team worked to make things right, even if it meant having to re-do something, or crack the whip on a sub-contractor, or adjust their schedules. I love my new basement space. “Chill and cozy atmosphere. It's a pretty small place so there's limited seating, but the seating they have is comfortable. Parking- you can find free street parking on the residential streets down the block. Menu- I liked the small, simple menu. They had oat milk as a milk alternative! They did not have decaf espresso, but had a delicious tea based latte instead for a lower caffeine option. The combo of plants, coffee, and records makes it a really cute and enjoyable place to be. Will definitely be coming back.”

“Arrived at 11:30 am for roll stock pickup on northside of building at dock 10. Hit the buzzer and waited fifteen minutes but no one came out even after hitting the buzzer 2 more times. Went around to the southside and was told to go back to northside. I told him I just came from there after waiting for 15 minutes and no one coming to the door. He said it’s not a buzzer but a light that flashes when the button is pushed so be forewarned, you might have to hold the button down in order to get someone to help you. Other than that, fairly easy in and out with friendly folks.”
