(December 10, 2022, 7:48 pm)Guess I have a different opinion then others about this place...it has been a wonderful place to live. Any maintenance concerns I've had were addressed promptly. It is so quiet in my 1 bedroom. Friendly neighbors. I love my underground parking. Clean. Love the washer/dryer in unit. It is spendy and rates went up after a year but I expected they would. I ❤️ they are animal friendly here too!!!

All maintenance requests are completed promptly. I am so happy to be living here and don't plan on moving any time soon. Thank you, Claremont team!
