I have used Laursen Piano Services for many years now. I appreciate the yearly reminders by them for my tuning and for the very nice people who come to tune my 40 year old piano!

I had my spinet moved by Lauren. They were fantastic! They showed up on time. They were very gentle with my family heirloom paino. The guys we professionals, and had all the tools they needed. They got it in and out in no time. I highly recommend them.

We purchased an entry-level piano from Laursen and I can't say enough good things. From the initial phone call where I was trying to determine quality & dimensions to making a visit to test out a few pianos in person to the eventual delivery -- everything and everyone was friendly, timely, and professional. When they asked us when we'd like it delivered we jokingly said tomorrow -- and they actually made it happen! On time within the window they originally advised, too. Highly recommend for tunings, moving, and/or buying!

This was my first time working with Laursen Piano Service and it was an overall great experience! I inherited my grandfather's Kimball piano, and it had not been tuned in at least 8 years. Kyle did a great job with the tuning, was very knowledgeable, professional, and also educational...explaining what he found with the piano as well as providing recommendations for care and maintenance going forward. He also found a broken key, and a few keys that weren't working properly, and he provided the repairs during my tuning appointment too! I'm really grateful for the excellent service and look forward to re-learning how to play piano again now that my piano is ready to go! Would highly recommend Laursen's Piano Service to those looking for a piano tuner as well!

I had my piano moved and tuned by Laursen (Spencer did our tuning) and had a fabulous experience from start to finish. Excellent customer service, very competitive pricing (we shopped around), and the service experience day-of was a 10/10. Highly recommend!
