I was very pleased with the service I received from Julissa. My frames came back and weren't as clear as I would have liked or expected. She said no problem, and she gave me two more sets of mechanical glasses with lens adjustments to fine-tune the clarity. I will receive my updated pair in about an hour. I am wearing them now as I write this review and I "Love Them" Magnificent work Lens Crafters and Julissa! This is my 2nd pair I have purchased in two years from Julissa and she makes me feel like I am her only client! Thank you! :)

I would like to thank Erica for making my experience, Awesomely easy. I felt comfortable during the whole process. Can’t wait to get my glasses tomorrow. Now that think about it, that was pretty quick and convenient as well.

This LensCrafters is the best in town! Dr. Richard is super professional and very attentive. The exam was quick and I was able to get my glasses with ease. The staff is super friendly and I highly recommend this place to get your new prescription glasses!
